used to live in westchester man thats were your from used to work out in they gym on the same side as the strip club is the gym still there

Yup - Flex Appeal is still there.   

Bad ass gym.  Ronnie stops in there from time to time.  A lot of huge dudes in there.

cool brother left there 10 years ago bought a house in woodbury by the woodbury commons new rochelle mnt vernon just isnt  the same to many gangs shootings no way i was raising my kids there

Yeah - been there too.    Back in the day there in Rockland was this place called T&A up there which was 18 to get in but total nudes and there was some skanky bitches up there.  A place called Stilletto was also ok.

The women were better than T&A, which was just nasty, but fun times for sure. 

I rigged the raffle once for a lap dance for one of my boys who is 400lbs.  There was this really huge fat stripper there - like really fat - and we picked her for him.

It was hysterical.  They almost busted out the chair too.
