This is what I eat almost every night after the gym. During the day I have a decent sized lunch, and I don't eat again until after I train. Is this chinese food meal any good for you? I mean, its steamed broccoli, beef, white rice, and chicken. I know there's probably a lot of sodium, but I'm guessing there's not much fat. And there should be a good amount of protein and a lot of carbs with the rice. I'm got pretty good genetics so I think I'm good with this. I just hate cooking and going grocery shopping. And I just started a new cycle: 100 mgs test prop a day, 100 mgs npp 3 days a week, 100 mgs masteron prop 3 days a week, 100 mgs anadrol a day, 50 mgs proviron a day.

I dont want to get any "bigger", where I put on 20 pounds; I just want to let the drugs and hard training build lean muscle. I am short and if I get huge and bloated I'll look like shit. And I know I could eat all chicken and brown rice all day but I don't want to do that.

I think the issue might be just sodium and excess oil. Some chinese restaurants just squirt a shit of it on. You could be ingesting 500-1000 extra calories of just oil.
