one of the advantages of having a fabricator a few doors down from my gym. I saved about $2k.

Looks ready for you and your homo friends to do curls in.

Would you kindly have him make me a Prowler sled and push it out here to Massachusetts?

Go to Dick's sporting goods. The have the Skilz Professional for $130.00. Just as good as the prowler. My real prowler broke before this one.

Looks good. The dumbbell racks at my gym were all fabricated. Pretty cool.

Power rack? And you saved 2k on something that should be around $500. What am I not seeing, Coach?

I was going to order the EliteFTS Collegiate rack. but with the cost, tax and shipping it would have been almost $3500. It didn't make sense since I could have almost the same thing made for less than 1/2 that.

Funny you mention that, I was just there looking around and didn't see them. I did notice they've expanded their stuff to inlcude bumper plates, battle ropes, poull sleds and a ton of MMA shit though.
I will look online - thanks for the advice.

Just to back Joe up, those Prowler copies are excellent. If you're in the market for one, take a look at it.

Damn

Appreciate the info, but the rack is similar to.my other one, except we added, monkey bars, band attachments, dip station and both have a weight capacity of 1500lbs. Those basically for home gyms. We run 25-30 athletes perday and all of them are usuing the racks.

I got my plyo boxes at Dicks for $297 out the door. Perform Better was almost $600 delivered.

This is 775 and is similar to yours. No difference Coach. Sorry, 2k for a power rack is too much no matter how much you try and justify it.

Have you sent this appraisal forward through time?

You need to understand advanced hypertrophy theory to make it work. It isn't for ordinary jetsam.
-
I bet coach's rack weighs twice that of a powertec or powerline amazon special.
The outside diameter of the tubing means nothing once it exceeds 2 inches (50mm approx).
The important thing is the wall thickness of the tubing which should be 1/8" (just over 3mm) or thicker.
All imported racks from China use Chinese metric steel so they are often only 2-2.5mm in wall thickness.

Coach, take a pic with the dipping bars.
