Was not arrested. Was investigated by SF police this past week and has been cooperative. Is in Atlanta with team and will play Sunday

10 minutes ago, SF news said he was arrested prior to going to the airport for the flight to Atlanta.

I'm seeing questioned not arrested on every website. Would be difficult to leave state after being arrested/charged with sexual assault crime.
