when i eat 1 meal in 9am and then if i want to eat another one in 9:30 my body will probably recognize it as a 1 meal!
how much time i have to wait between meals so my body can recognize it as 2 meals??

To be on the safe side i'd recommend and iv fluid bag with EAA's times to drip for 20 minutes in 3 hours intervals to ensure maximum protein entake. This was you can supersaturate your blood with what your body normally wouldn't absorb. Continue to eat chicken breast every 2 hours.
