we also store alot of vitamin A in our fatcells. so its not always bad if your a fat falcon you might just have an abundance of vitamin A , you can focus on strength sports like heavy dumbell squats

i do them every 2 or 3 days usually

every single day its the only exercise i do currently
i choose this exercise because it uses the most weight, works the heart and everything, i dont see a point doing bicep curls for 45 minites barely ticking your heart above 90 bpm

ill take a day off here and there i am no superman but i do intend to workout everysingle day
if i take a day off, it is NOT my intentions in doing so its because im either sleep deprived or exahusted

i do something very similar actually, and i ususally end up training bout 5 days per week
i never take 2 days off in a row though, coz my drive and desire just won't let me

not really, if i fail or miss a workout i am dissapointed, sometimes i wonder if megadosing cocoa powder is in order, i swear that shit is addictive has alot of strength and energy benefits and can make you dependent to keep that intensity up
without it workouts are bland . a stimulant of somekind is needed for a workout you just cant have a a great workout everyday on regular food everyday
