I had to do that once when some asshole working out next to me hit the barbell in mid set (I think I was benching a very manly 185 at the time), and didn't even have the decency to help me.
He got thrown out of the gym though.

I only use the cybex pec dec for my full body workout, so apart from when I do hams on it during leg day, i'm usually pretty safe

Anybody who thinks this is fake is as stupid as the guy who filmed this, its deff not fake, the plates are not sliding off even at the very end - he said in his comments that the hooks were too small and the bar was sliding off.
Also anybody who can read bodylanguage knows that at the end he is very much panicking when the weight suffocated him.
