I guess NYPD gets money from DHS to buy shit like this.  Not sure if Chertoff owns stock in the company that makes this scanner.  Probably lol...

Probably followed by some overblown incidents that will "show" how these measures would've prevented a crime..

Cameras and all of this other horrible shit don't prevent crime.

It's about surveillance, government control and making select firms/people a shit load of money.
