Title: painting is really an awful chore

trying to paint my appartment

i get pissed off by the messiness of it all

seems to never end

then there get parts of dirt stuck in the paint and everything gets sloppier and sloppier

Fully agree,  you hire a schmuck to do that. It isn't expensive, not where I live at least

Most people over think painting. Do all the prep work before starting and the painting will take no time at all. A lot of people try to make it perfect when they roll it on and it won't look perfect wet. But once it dries, it will look a lot better.
