AR15 is semi-auto just like the pistols that he supports. As well as semi-auto rifles.
There is NO assault rifles , assault rifles are fully automatic and AR15's which he wants to ban are NOT fully automatic or select fire.
And to further correct you 30 round magazines are NOT ' high capacity ' merely standard capacity magazines , which these weapons shipped with and were designed for. truly high capacity is 60/75/100 round magazines.
And you want one good reason a citizens needs an AR15? the exact same reason the police do, the lawful protection of self and others.

Yeah, you can see he's a beginning shooter. He's got a good cheek mount, but he's handling it like a rifle otherwise, and the fit of the shotgun is bad. Also they might be shooting single shot as only the top barrel is choked.
