8-12 scoops of Myo-Blitz per day will get you looking like this is 1-2 weeks naturally. This dosage is only for elite athletes....

Normally, we don't recommend that many scoops because it forces your muscles to EXPLODE which can lead to your peers suspecting steroid use.

He is not natural, not clean and he is just not mega dosing..but rest assured that is on as much as any other pro. He just doesn't bulk up in the off season

You can't get that lean and with that much quality muscle naturally.
