Title: Brandon Lee vs. Bolo Yeung

Wikipedia - Brandon Lee died of a fatal gunshot wound on March 31, 1993 after an accidental shooting on set of The Crow. During filming, a blank cartridge was fired from a gun barrel in which a bullet of a real cartridge was lodged. The bullet struck Lee. He was rushed to the New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC where he underwent 6 hours of surgery. However, attempts to save him were unsuccessful, and Lee was pronounced dead at 1:03pm on March 31, 1993 at 28 years old. The shooting was ruled an accident.

Rapid Fire was my favorite Brandon Lee movie. It had a decent director, cast, budget, and story. The fight and action choreography was also good and stayed away from the "Oliver Gruner/Cynthia Rothrock" territory that many films in the martial arts genre were taking at that time, trying to capitalize on the popularity of Segal & Van Damme.

Anybody remember the show his sister had on Sat mornings. It was a Mortal Kombat type of scripted fight show.

Yep. It wasn't on very long, though.

I enjoyed some of the Mortal Kombat films. Brandon was the original choice to play Johnny Cage, and the part was written specifically for him.

Shannon had a very small part in the Bruce Lee biographical movie made in '93. They offered the lead to Brandon, who turned it down. I don't think he would have been the best choice.

Till this day it saddens me about his death, dude had tons of potential its just such a tragedy he is gone , great actor!!!

i remember him being shot dead mistakenly at the filming scene of the crow and that they finished the movie with the help of the computer.
