bet your lower back is sore and tight all you gotta do is do a bunch of step ups and most of all alkalize your body with cabbage puree DAILY
all it is is lactic acid built up in the back so badly you think its something different from regular muscle sorness when instead its so many nerves there getting irritated by the inflamation
inbetween sets of step ups to warm up, you do dumbell deadlifts go HEAVY to build muscle
but then when you finish do more step ups for back, kinda like cardio but it flushes out acid from your lower back near the top of your glutes
you cannot complete the healing without daily vegetable puree shakes that are raw

i got it progressively while lifting , been living with it for 15+ years and it has never really gone way.
Conventional medicine has no solution and neither does alternative medicine. As a consequence there are are a million 'cures' out there; - u know you were fucked when instead of being prescribed a few pills for a week you are given a list of 100+ modalities to choose from since that is a clear sign that nothing really works
it is is a huge shit sandwich of which you really dont want a bite

yeah man keep thinking that way, im the one who does manual labor 7 days a week and does dumbell deadlifts with the 135 pound dumbells every day *yes i went up 10 pounds*
and i tell you another thing about once a week i get almost immobily sore in my lower back because im training so much this is when i do even more alkalizing juices and step ups
for example when you walk you notice the two spinal erector muscles will twitch
walk around your house but with your hands on your lower back, the burden of pressure is shifted with each step, if you take a step with your right leg you feel your left side of lower back tighten up
this where all the pain is for most people all you have to do is do step ups to make the stress just the right amount to heal and flush out the acids in your lower back
but it cannot be done to its full benefit without the raw veggie juices

I work on people daily with lumbar/pelvic girdle issues, these two points are good. Tightness in the upper portion of glute max around the posterior iliac crest is a strong instigator for lower back pain, among other things.

plug that into a basic algebriec equation and you will see you are lacking in ballance and the equal sign will now have a slash in it denoting unequality , leaving all further equations that you do from here on out UNEQUAL until you fix this negativity in your life

Back pain is due to a vertebrae pinching a nerve sometimes results in sciatica, leg pain. I injured my once a Chiropractor showed me some sitting twists to "release the vertebrae off the nerve" back in place every time I feel a little back pain I do these daily eventually it goes away.

inflamation goes into areas it shouldnt resulting in these pinches. inflamation could be improper form or just too much damn lifting
back pain from too much damn lifting is only remedied by working out more but non weighted stuff like step ups up on foot tall box or so, then it clear the system quicker and cabbage shakes

Chiropractors helped me all I got to say, my brother had back surgery he still has problems so go figure.

I use to hurt my back often in my youth while lifting. I'm not saying this would help anyone but me but I solved my back problems with two exercises. Semi stiff leg deadlifts off a block going slow into a full stretch. After that exercise I would do weighted back extensions. My lower back after that seemed bullet proof against injury.
