Title: gonna do a lil coffee tonite instead of eatin doughnuts to spawn a workout

i think ill actually get in a decent lift

havent done coffee in about 3 years but do cocoa on the regular

i hope i dont die, any tips to bring me down if im too amped up and feel like im gonna have heart attack?

I just had a triple shot of Nicaraguan dark and am about to try some dumbbell squats instead of my usual front barbell squats. I find a good strong coffee really helps my lifts.

donuts - a deadly combination of sugar, hydrogenated fats, man made food additives all with a massive detrimental affect to the human body.

Water, Johnny boring but does the trick.

Ask PIP how he comes down after coffee. He drinks approx 8 cups per day

Stay away from the coffee/caffeine. Have a serving of Ronnie's Myo-Blitz instead and you'll tear the gym apart.

'chiro flex' i've been knocking around on here since before daddwaddy's juicing photos, i've read 1000's of his diet fads and currently exist on a diet of molasses, beer and kale, and apart from some minor problems, am thriving.
i've just got a thing about the evils of donuts.

think about that before you next post.

Exactly, Sergio was born with extreme full length muscle attachments he would be more muscular and stronger than 90% of the population and never touch a weight.

Sergio was known for training light.

Sergio was known for training light.
He had extreme genes which rule he didn't have to train heavy.
