Has anyone tried the "One on One Personal Intensive" (http://sebastianivascu.com/2010/12/09/one-on-one-personal-intensive/?lang=en) ? Am considering it.

Wait a minute, I'm at about 9:57 in the video and am feeling a low-grade tingling sensation.

UPDATE: I've just measured my biceps, and they are 0.1 inches larger! I'm considering watching the video twice a day and making an Olympia run this year.
