Post by: Rudee on February 13, 2013, 12:46:22 PM: Alright, I'm starting to see more and more people wearing these silly looking Vibram barefoot shoes at my local gym. I don't get the appeal of these things at all.

I don't like squatting sholess so I keep mine on, but my buddy likes to squat in his socks which is perfectly fine. But don't go out and spend money on something you can achieve as easily as taking off your shoes.
Also, I remember a couple years back the US army banned these things, and for good reason.
