Title: Carbs LATER in the day increased fat loss

Interesting study I came across seems to indicate high protein/fat is better in the morning, and carbs better at night for fat loss.  Almost backwards thought process as most imagine doing the opposite.....

There was a pro who used to recommend this ...I can't remember who it was. Pretty much that no carb after 6pm rule was discredited a while ago. Low carbs work best for me regardless if trying to cut or gain however.

No matter what current study you read now, you can almost guarantee there will be a study out at a future date saying the opposite.   And then it repeats.

fat bad, fat good
carbs bad, carbs good
morning cardio bad, morning cardio good
evening workouts bad, evening workouts good
fasted workouts bad, fasted workouts good
high protein good, high protein bad
eggs bad, eggs good
omega 3 good, omega 3 bad
red meat bad, red meat good
diet soda good, diet soda bad
multivitamins good, multivitamins bad
glucosamine good, glucosamine bad

and on and on....

Very true, which is why I'm going to load up on carbs late at night NOW while it's healthy. Once they change their minds again, I'll have to stop.
