Bolo always had a sort of ugly looking physique, but he was unique in his day because he was a huge asian and you didn't see that very often.

I think Bolo was about 180 pounds, so if he was shredded, he would be about the same size as Van Damme.

Come on bro, can you not see the visual difference. Bolo is way more compact, his muscles are twice Van Dammes size, not even close.

Bolo and Van Damm are about the same height. Bolo was bulky--bloofy bulky, with saggy pecs. Sloping shoulders. He lacked cuts---except when he flexed his pecs (very good split in his pec reminiscent of Franco). Had some ab definition.
Van Damm always stayed pretty lean, even in his more muscular days. I'd say for Bolo to diet down, would be harder on him than Van Damm gaining weight.
Muscle-wise, you can't really tell with Bolo, as he was bulky, and never was diet down.
*He could move, though. I liked all the movies he was in, because it showed that a Bber could move quickly, and effortlessly.

And in double impact Bolo's pecs were also saggy...
The more he weighed the "bloofier" he got. He looked his best in the mid to late 70s.

Yes he never saw single digits and that is why I think if he had of we would have been impressed with what was underneath.
