I have been reading about how some natural bodybuilders eat 6 smaller meals per day instead of the standard 3 bigger meals. It is believed that this method of eating makes the metabolism "burn like a furnace". Additionally, eating just post workout can yield massive gains as the body is "starving" and will convert most of the nutrients consumed into muscle. I've read they call this the anabolic window.
