Title: Is BPI just a MuscleTech spin off?

I was flipping through this month's FLEX and MD when I was at the grocery store and noticed that ever second page was a BPI ad with bullshit claims.  I barely saw any MT ads.  It used to be MT on every page making bullshit claims.  Is BPI just a spin off of theirs with more BS being sold to kids?
