I got a sensitive stomach. I try to avoid heat, besides using some Frank's red on rice and vegetables.

It will help if you quit shoving multiple tamales up your ass. Just saying.

Back in the day I remember I used to use Tabasco sparingly because it was so hot.  Now I can use a 1/4 to 1/3 of small bottle on eggs and pizza, etc.  It's amazing how one can adapt to the heat.  I'm looking for something tasty and just slightly hotter now, maybe Sriracha.  Not too hot though, because I don't want my ass to blow up.

I love all things spicy.  I eat jalapenos whole with my burritos.  I pickle jalapenos and carrots.

I am growing Ghost Chilis.  Can't wait.

amazing to think that all those things inside a plant that make it taste the way it does are found in and come from the dirt in which it grows.  makes me wonder why dirt doesnt taste appetizing  ;D

Love hot sauce, especially a good mix of habanero and scotch bonnet. Try 'Louisiana Hot. Sauce' very small bottle but intense and lots of flavour.

Best I've ever tried is a brand called Suzie's from Antigua. You can order it online for about 5 dollars, it's incredible with fish and rice.

i blended a small amount of obscenely hot sauce with quite hot but generic sauce (a lot hotter than lets say tabasco tho)

the result is pretty spectacular

that pure hot sauce i used a small amount of is way too much tho to eat like that

it's called "mad dog" some youtube videos etc on it

The less you eat, the spicier the food your digestive tract can handle. Average American diet + spicy food = massive greasy wet stools.
