Title: Barbeque sauce
Post by: Big N on February 19, 2013, 03:59:53 PM: There's this one barbeque sauce i've seen pro bodybuilders use in their diets when I watched their DVD's. I can't figure out the name. It's great to have on dry chicken, turkey or steak when you're cutting weight.

Lots of people use this Walden Farms company that makes calorie free or low calorie bbq sauce. Never had it so don't know what it tastes like but hear/read of it.
