Do you even lift?
I injured myself in a bad fall recently so I cannot walk or even stand for long. Right now I'm in a wheelchair but I'm aiming to be back to my old shape by the end of the year (if not sooner). Since I cannot exercise at present for obvious reasons I have lost a lot of weight. Unfortunately most of it seems to be muscle because I weighed much more in high school than I do now.
