one of the bodybuilders from the 80's was selling a course on building the pec/delt tie-in in the old muscle builder/power.

ya, that's how the pro's made some of their money. they would sell bodypart courses through mail order.  Arnold's were called 'the king and his courses'.

Gary's arms got significantly better than 4th pic down almost like a whole tricep transplant his arms look better even now in his 50's

i remember that one two larry was always considered narrow that's why he had to pay extra attention to his delts.
