Impressive legs. My legs were nowhere near that developed in my 6 1/2 years of lifting naturally (half of which was a waste of time since I maxed out relatively fast)

yes, nyflex has very freaky wheels.
im very lucky i can carry on training legs, couple weeks ago there was some wicked sound in the left knee and epic pains followed for days, its much better now. 8)

When I was in college I was a sprinter. Lifting weights every chance I got outside of sprint workouts. I had a bodybuilding magazine and another sprinter said, "Incredible legs on that guy, what can he do with them ?" I asked him what he meant? He said, " Can he sprint real fast with those legs? Can he jump real high? Can he run distance? With those incredible muscles can he play division I football? What can he do with it?" I didn't know what to say.

but something there is, the more muscle there is on the legs, the quicker they get the lean look.
atleast for me.
some get striations on the outer quads rather quick.the elite discipline is ofc striations on inner quads,and the kings discipline is striated glutes.
as non competitor,i stop at striations on outer quads, going lower than that i need to eat so little that i have barely any power to walk, tired all day etc.
with using uppers itd be no problem, but im not using any uppers.

i do alot of volume/rep/heavy weights at least for me..lunges,,,
Lunges are one of my favorite exercises. I often do them on the sidewalk out in front of my house without added weight. The total distance is a little over 100 ft. I live on a hill, so I do them down then up the hill and repeat until I get tired. The neighbors probably take photos so that if they ever what to kick me out of the neighborhood, they'll have a proof that I am nuts. After not doing lunges for awhile, it takes a little practice before I get the balance down pat.
