I have a Power Rack and its the best thing ever to do Tricep Kickbacks in.

I've never liked lat pulldowns unless with a neutral grip. I just do pullups instead.

I always do 50 pullups every back workout, including weighted. I am very good at them, but truth be told, I prefer Lat Pulldowns and get more out of them.

Not that kind of Monster.
I meant that you've always had a decent amount of muscle and size on your frame.
To some of the smaller populus, you would have been regarded as one with monstrous mass.

I do pullups every lifting session except delts to try and bring them up. I feel they small as fuck. Not enough pop n flair
