i dont think so because let's say 50 balloons fly every day in egypt X 365 = 18250/year.. even if you have one accident every year "which is not the case because this is the first to happen in egypt" the percentage is very small to consider balloons dangerous.. egypt is only an example,.. the same can be said about any place in the world where these things fly..
i mean the risk of car or bus crashes is much bigger so does this mean we stop to use them?..

I'm pretty fond of Jesus of Nazareth. I do like the fact that Islam keeps women, homosexuals, and other weirdos in their place and the virgins are pretty appealing.
