get enough sleep and you will feel real good.
Power naps is great before working out does really good, Natural stimulants, is ok.

This is embarrassing but i will tell it: when I visit a gym, I always have a look at the mens room, if it's clean and if you can lock it. Number of times where I had to jack off right after working out..........

you don't even need to go that far brother, just gaze at some hot ass in leggings and that'll raise your test levels sufficiently
but in your case, it might be even better for you just to gaze at some big jugs in a thin tight tee ;D
