It's okay to take straight in high quantities just make sure to chase it with plenty of vinegar.

are u sure about the dosages that seems like alot however that could be the holy grail for me if i took .5 grams per kilo gram. ive taken atleast 15 grams today i do feel more energitic more potential hydrogen im about 320 so .5 grams per kg is like over 100grams!!!! lol i think that would kill me

i can tell that the stroke volume of blood in the heart is increased when taking baking soda like when doing pushups i just dont wanna OD from it. perhaps it would make me the master and my accomplishments would be mythological because of it and talked about for centuries to come
