BTW your arms are no more then 16 inches, everyone here has already seen them and confirmed this and that is at your best, horrible example cause your arms are extremely legging behind the rest of your physique, they look like toothpicks on a pretty good body (no homo)

you can also do tricep cable extensions overhead while bending forward, awkwardly trying to avoid the cable from sliding on your cranium

the more original exercises you do the better the gains

I couldn't believe it myself when I measured them, I hadn't done it before in 27 years training.
They are over 18 inches, believe it or not, I couldn't care less.
Gave me a bit of a boost actually. :)
