if it's good to work each muscle group once a week you could easily do that in 3 workouts per week?
like
tuesday: chest and triceps
wednesday: legs
thursday: back shoulders biceps

i found the benefit of using cell tech several times a day

I work out once a day by degrading and decapitating a homeless man and I like to sever the head first then arms, then legs and dispose of him in the dumpster which he sat infront of when I killed him.
