Ive been cutting weight and wanted some ideas on some quick easy meals.
I eat deer/beef jerky,
I do shakes also.
Just looking for some low carb, low sugar/carb snacks
Any ideas would be great

mini-cooler packed full of lunch meat, some grapes, and ice cold waters for shakes.
and some diet dr pepper makes for perfection!

hard boiled eggs ,,when you eat,,throw out the yolks. Keep them in a cooler.

I could eat beef jerky all dayif it wasn't so expensive

Isn't packaged jerky meat high in sodium? don you hold alot of water from it.

I always have to floss after eating jerky :(

i mostly eat deer jerky( I make it myself)
