im gonna buy fish oil caps from vitamin shoppee named epa-dha omega 3 fish oil. mu questuion is that some say it has to b refrigerated as it goesn ranacid , so what u say?
as my dealer doesnt refrigerate it.
whould i b a good idea to add omega 3-6-9 instead ?
my diet is the bulking one.

It's not about muscle growth. It's about overall good health. FISH OIL - (EPA/DHA)
Keep it in the freezer which should help with potental "fish burps" and freshness.

Just an FYI guys... since I always recommend putting fish oil in the freezer to help prevent fish burps (it gets further down the digestive tract before opening up). Your fish oil caps should not FREEZE. Slushy is ok but not frozen solid. If it does freeze solid, it's generally considered low quality with high amts of contaminents.

You'll be able to tell. It might be a little cloudy, but you'll know if it's frozen hard as a rock or still slushy. If one does end up breaking, there shouldn't be any major fishy smell.
