Arnold was born in 1947. He won the Olympia in 1970, making him about 22 or 23 for his first Olympia win.
As for Hill, he won the German Nationals or Junior Nationals to turn pro, a bit of an easier feat than someone winning the NPC Nationals or the USA here.
