when one is in a cal deficit their muscle glycogen stores go down, so therefore they lose strength FACT
-
so do you think there's any point to "carb up" before the training session?
maybe take in like 50-100 grams of carbs an hour or 2 before training to get some glycogen stores back into the muscles?
who knows, maybe i'm just being a pussy about it all, and i should just keep the diet as is and just make sure to go all-out during the training session and hope for the best?

hunger and lethargy feelings can be very misleading, notoriously often i felt like that and then went and had the most brutal workouts.
now that's what i need to hear
thanks dude
