Do you think you gained any muscle since then and would you be heavier on stage now at the same bodyfat %?

In that first video I was 176 (2004)

Today I weigh 230 lbs at 20% body fat, say I want to get down to 4% bodyfat, that means I would need to lose 36.8 lbs.... so that would get me down to 193.2.... factor in about 10 lbs of muscle loss that may come with dieting all that weight down, and we are talking a contest weight of 183 lbs  at 4% bodyfat!

So there is your answer!

The song is Greensleeves by Loreena McKennitt

AMAZING song, right?  - its an old song from the days of King Henry VIII - this one happens to be my favorite remake of it.
