Post by: Marty Champions on March 13, 2013, 05:07:15 PM
while punching, crazy good cardio will get your calves super burning. finish them off with some light squats an i was very suprised how sore my glutes were. tommorrow i will do this again

adding back in olive oil to see what happens ill have 1/4 th cup of olive oil mixed in with 3/4 cup of tomato sauce this way you cant taste the nasty olive oil, i drink this during the day for energy

ill do this soon. its very exhausting with continuous jumping like a lightweight would do but a very fulfilling workout. alot of afrocan americans jump alot in there youth they do such games like jump rope and other activities wich is said to be the cause an early onset heightend increase in overall physical development

my glutes never get sore but when you think about it all that jumping is very heavy on the muscles great for shocking into growth even if not jumping high. just keep doing it while punching=crazy development

we have to jump more i think most of us have spent too much time worrying about curls and benches when we should spend more time trying literally elevate our bodies because it hits alot of those stabilty muscles
