i was about to say he looks awesome. obviously he wasn't gifted with a small waist, to say the least, but he has the flattest midsection of any of that year's competitors and his abs are just sick there imo.

his abs shot is ripped but hip/waist just goes straight no illusion lat/waist/hip ,,,

I know you have a hard time getting his dick out of your mouth (and Phil's also). Thought he did look good in 09. But he looked like shit on 08 and 07. That's just a fact for anyone with a decent pair of eyes.

he still should have taken it imo. even if his condition was slightly off, he still out-massed everyone so much (especially dexter!). i feel like they realized they robbed victor in '07 so they punished jay for their mistake in '08.
