just regular tomato pasta sauce take a cup of it and add 1/4th cup of olive oil to the mix add some water and drink it
do this 4-5 times a day
at first i was doing it once a day
now im up to 3
it seems the more days go by the more of it in quantity i require, its really good for you too youll be amazed at energy and the loads you bust

We have to get more hoes on this regimen so they can keep up the pace.

Mean while in daddywaddy-land..... I see now we have moved from argo starch, from olive oil, from rice pudding and grape juice, to now supplementing with tomato paste and olive oil. What's next? This guy think everything is super doses has some kind of pharmacological affect. What a dope. Always looking for the next and best high that never was. An exhausting and depressing life indeed.

I am making another Pan Pizza Fried in Olive Oil with a New York Style Butter Tomato Sauce and the Dough has a bit of Olive Oil in it as well. Does that count Falcon?

i love pizza but like this evening i was going to have a boxing workout,,, but at work i didnt bring enough tomato and olive oil so i filled up on random snacks i had in my truck to keep the energy up at work then when at home i had some left over pizza after all that i was so fucking drowsy and lethargic i didnt feeel like doing shit
no if i wouldve been more prepared today (ie, having enough tomato and olive oil so i didnt have to consume regularly sugary floury food) perhaps i wouldve had an excellent non drowsy workout
i think too many foods or combinations of foods can shut the whole body down cross-negating the benefits of multiple foods consumed
if anyone is, i would be the oracle of knowing what foods will give the most energy since i am a giant fat ball of energy it takes 2 to 3 times more energy to keep my furnace burning then someone just 40 pounds lighter, much like sound decibles just one decible increase from 120 to 121 takes twice the energy needed to acheive just one more decible
at this level i am at, i am likend to a mini-sun creature , the things that are needed at my level may be much differnt then when i was a little falcon at 200 pounds
