A lot. On training days, I blast a gallon of whole milk pre-workout to saturate my casein and whey receptors (it's important to chew the milk to release vital, tough-to-get-at, chemical compounds). Post-workout, I proceed to day-pulse a steady stream of TruMoo Chocolate goodness to stave off cortisol levels and speed recovery.

I drink about a half gallon a week and only drink a little with breakfast.
I used to drink a gallon every 3-4 days.

I should have added that when I manage to scrape together a nice, tidy sum of discretionary income, I add to my cycle an intense 720ml eod megadose of fresh breast milk from the bank reserves of selective nurseries for unwed mothers. This is top-shelf, human grade stuff, and not some Chinese generic counterfeit (knocked-up is greater than, and not equal to, knocked-off). Sides can sometimes be a bitch (especially, the extreme drowsiness). However, for an extra fee, I can usually procure the soft services of a young, blonde dormitory wetnurse to perform sloppy fellatio for (i) increased positive synergies and (ii) stimulating that much sought after 3-D, blow-up from within effect.

None.. never was a big milk drinker. Use to use almond milk with protein shakes, but haven't done that either in awhile. I have a tiny bit of a lactose intolerance and usually get pretty bloated when I do drink milk or eat dairy high in lactose.
