Sounds like he's running.
Huckabee Hints at 2016 Presidential Run
Wednesday, 20 Mar 2013
By Jim Meyers and Kathleen Walter
Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee has revealed to Newsmax that he is looking at a possible bid for the GOP presidential nomination in 2016.
Asked in a Newsmax TV interview if he is considering another White House run, Huckabee declares: “Yeah, I’m not ruling it out at this point.
“I’m not sitting around having meetings with the strategic team, but it’s something I will certainly look at and I’m talking to some people just to determine whether it’s a kamikaze raid or whether it has potential and possibility.”
Huckabee, who was governor of Arkansas for more than a decade up until 1997, will be 61 by the time of the 2016 election.
He was generally seen as coming in third in the 2008 GOP primaries behind eventual winner John McCain and Mitt Romney. He won the first-in-the-nation Iowa caucuses and seven other states and got more delegates at the Republican National Convention than anyone apart from McCain.
But he decided to sit out the 2012 presidential race despite several polls saying he would be among the front-runners to take the nomination. “All the factors say ‘go’, but my heart says ‘no’,” he said.

he makes a lot more sense than many of the people running. Rubio and christie and Cruz and even rand are all exciting...
But...
They're all wet behind the ears. 2016 is going to be up against Hilary, possibly. The GOP needs a candidate with some gravitas... some highly experienced person like a jeb, or a huckabee. These young 40-something candidates that have been in national office fewer than 5 years... well, let's all realize hilary is going to be able to call them on it pretty easily. "I won't hold my opponent's lack of experience against him..." ala Reagan.
Huck is a safer option in 2016 than Rubio. By a mile. Put one of the 40-somethings on the veep slot. We all saw Paul Ryan fail to control a drunk Biden or a kitchen full of clean dishes. Is there any way Paul Ryan dominates Hilary? Dreaming...

Hillary? She will be 70 years old by then and looking like decrepit dogshit. The Libya scandal will also be brought back up again, count on that.

Libya scandal won't stop it. 9/11? bush won re-election after refusing to testifying without cheney and zero recording devices, and that was 3000 deaths.
Seriously, being 70 makes her grandmotherly and wise. She'll get some really nice sauna treatment for a year and look 60 by the time the primaries start.
Huck and Jeb would both work well against her as dignified experienced options. christie and rubio look like paul ryan did this year.

great.
drop the clown car and move up to a mini van.
it's gonna get crowded.
just what the GOP needs; another religious righty.
