Legs and back,
two days a week i can go to the max. Chest is shit, 20 minutes training, and it's over, thats just a small muscle, en then you have to keep yourself busy with biceps. Within 40 minutes your outside.
Nope, legs and back,
you feel it, and you become proud of yourselve. Lifting those heavy-ass weights and survive :'( Nothing can beat a good leg or back training.
