I never though Kamali looked very healthy. Always the balloon face. Even now that he's done competing, he still is juiced to the gills and talking about his body weight. However outside of Palumbo and Coleman, I'd go with Lee Priest as the next guy to have massive health issue's. Every single picture of his has the serious beet red face going on.

I believe that he is somewhere in the mix. I'd put him in the top 5 for sure... and I feel awful saying that, but it's true.
There are a lot of serious abusers out there. I reckon that some unknown abuser will die of PEDs along with a couple of pros in the next year or two. All those oils, diuretics, etc. The body can't handle that shit. They could get the same result with less drugs and not even any more effort than they're already putting in... bunch of fucking morons out there. :-\
