IMO, there needs to be a massive overhaul on this board. Shit has just gotten too out of control and I'm understanding why people don't come here. Never thought I'd say that but I've noticed this over that last 3-4 months. Ron, needs to get rid of gimmicks and set some rules in stone regarding shit people posts about people's family (Groink), excessive racism, pedo shit, homosexual content on the main board and the general atmosphere. If about 20 key people left, this board would go to shit really fast. That's not how it should be.

There used to be a time when anyone under 170-190lbs used to be considered a twink and assumed natural, and you had to be at least 225lbs lean to get any props. This is a bodybuilding board afterall.
