I've always increased my bench by 50lbs Once I can do 8 or more clean reps I increase by 50lbs and repeat the process. I believe this is why I can cleanly press so much weight.
What do you all do?? Thoughts???

Sounds like the perfect plan. You can just increase by 50 until the day you die.
