In you oppinion wich sounds like a better protocol to you. Both are a lil different to the protocol i have been using and i am lookin to try something different.
7-8am. Train
8am. (PW) 2x BCAA
8-8:20am. Cardio
8:25. 10iu Humalog
8:30am. Shake; 50g dextrose, 50-70g WPI, 10g Creatine, 10g Glutamine
9am. Meal 2
Or.
6am. Meal 1
6:30am. 10iu Humalog
6:45am. 50-70g WPI, 50g Dextrose, 1cup oats, 10g Creatine, 10g Glutamine, 200mg Caffeine
7-8am. (INTRA) 2x BCAA
(Have 50g Dextrose on hand)
8am. (PW) 2x BCAA
(Have 50g Dextrose on hand)

Tomorrow i will be trying the second but with 25g dex and 1/2cup oats in post workout shake

Why are you only using 10iu once a day?
Are you new to using Slin?
There are some better options.

Relativly new yea. And havent uses more then 10iu at a time. Only been using for last 6months on n off.
Would love to hear your options? Im currently preping for a comp tho. And if using more or ur ideas are gona help me firther im then im keen to giv emma shot. im not using any growth if that matters

I have been told the best to way to run slin is to use a fast acting (humalog or novolog) before each meal. Adjust the dose according to how many carbs you are taking in and keep fat low. Run slin 4 weeks on 4 weeks off to keep from becoming insulin resistant.
