Title: Indiana Supreme Court uphold state school voucher law

Great news for the kiddies.

And the ruling was unaminous, a rare surprise. IF this goes to the Supreme Court, it has to face Zelman v. Simmons-Harris, which allows for vouchers to be used at religious schools.

It should.  Do people who don't have kids get to get a voucher for not using any school?
