I remember that he also used to advertise the NIKE sneaks with the Velcro. ;D

I have some old Muscle and Fitness mags with the ad.

I think there were for powerlifters to wear.

Platz also marketed those, the white ones with red swoosh

Nowdays, a Nike ad campaign means you're set for life. Weider probably brokered deal, gave Platz 2 pairs of sneakers and some gh. Kept the change.
