Hi all, again with a little doubt.
In my leg day i do squats, leg press, ham curl and calves, when doing squats i feel that my lower part of my glutes work( and i confirm that the next day when i feel a little pain on the muscles worked), but i can find a exercise that works fine the upper part.
My primarly objective is develop my glutes the more complete way possible, hope someone can help with this 8)

i don't know if you're kidding but that's a part of my glutes i've never really been able to get at either....
if anything, i'd suggest Romanian Deadlifts, but you're going to be limited by genetics...

Have to agree with BrianX......geezeeeee. The never ending search for a big booty. Wonder if JLO66 is male or female? If your female, all is forgiven. Anyone who would check out a book/internet on the construction of the human body might get a few ideas about the glutes. Your doing the right exercises with the squats (flatfooted) , leg press & SLDL's. Step-up also hit the glutes very strongly. Keep those up and your goal for a big arse will come true. Good Luck.

Hip extensions on a bench, stability ball, or cable. Back extensions should help also. I'd do both.
