I would probably give you a serious answer if I didn't think you were a gimmick asking a question about basketball on a bodybuilding site. But i will ask this question.....why would you do leg extensions?

Spud Webb 5'7". I used to play center at 6'2" but could jump blocked alot of shots thats why they put me there. A 6'8" mofo comes in and block the shot he goes back and says who is that?.  Leg extension won't help slow full squats and stiff legged deadlifts the factor.
